Choose "Real estate" at signup to enable all these features.

Mandate management?

Each property (mandate) has its own listing: photos, price, surface area, property type, location. You link a seller contact to each property. Active mandates are visible on the dashboard and in the Properties list. You can create a new mandate in one click from the dashboard.

Visit reminders?

Accepted Answer

Visits are scheduled from the property listing or the calendar. You can link a visit to a property and a contact (buyer). Upcoming visits are shown on the real estate dashboard. Reminders and notifications can be managed via the calendar and email/SMS sequences if you set them up.

Buyer pipeline: Visit, Offer, Compromis, Deed?

Yes. In real estate mode, the pipeline is adapted: Visit → Offer → Compromis → Signed deed. Each buyer (contact) can be moved from one stage to the next. Dashboard KPIs (offers in progress, compromis, monthly revenue) are calculated from these stages.
